Based on a WealthManagement.com survey of 447 advisors sponsored by NFP, we broke down the challenges that firms face in their efforts to adopt a social strategy.
Advisors said compliance was the biggest hurdle; 78 percent said their firm has documented rules in place restricting how they can use the platforms.
One in three respondents indicated that content is a hurdle, while one in five cited training as a barrier.
