SII Investments, Inc., formerly known as SECURA Investments, was founded in 1968. In the mid-1990s, two SECURA representatives and one SECURA employee purchased the firm. They focused SII on its niche - providing outstanding service to high-producing, experienced financial representatives. Eight years after becoming an independent broker/dealer, SII affiliated with Jackson National Life Insurance Company. This strategic move gave SII the added stability and financial backing of one of the largest life insurance companies in the U.S.
