Any word if we are doomed to same fate as ML guys? All of a sudden we are getting pep talk emails from AH and it gives me the creeps. I am about 18 mos in and struggling.
BOM says that tier 3 and under regardless of LOS are on the chopping block.
Yeah, the Hirschler e-mails creep me out too. :-) If you're struggling, you'll be put on an "Action Plan" if your BOM likes you, and cut if he doesn't. There is STRONG pressure to cut all unnecessary (or un-producing) salaries in the next few months. Bon Chance! 2007A
