Are any national brokers offer salary or compensation during licensing and training.

It may take from 5 months to 9 months to get full licensing, and I am afraid nI will not be able to meet my financial obligation during that time.

Are any of the national investment firms offer salry or compensation during that time?

Yes, I had multiple offers. Are you a recent grad? That's a bit tougher and salary might be low. I'm 41 and have owned my own business, lived the last decade in wealthy areas. I'm a safer bet so I get a good salary for fifteen months (first three months all I do is study and take exams), after a year of production my salary tapers off 10% per quater. There are production goals for the first year and incentive for meeting benchmarks throughout. But you're expected to replace your salary during the three year program.
