Does anyone on this forum is or worked for Ramond James? If you did, please tell me how the hiring process is and what was there experience like. I have my 1st interview with RJ and I want to be as prepared as possible.

There's several RJ reps on here...Duke #1, Maybeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee and I believe Zacko too, but don't hold me to that.  I looked at RJ and they're a good firm.

They should be along at any time...unless they're already on Christmas break...

LOL I can imagine. If I was making over 100k per year I would probably go on a nice x-mas break too

The reason I ask is I want to get into a firm buisness and I was leaning towards EJ but after reading the forums...im not so sure. I am also debating between RJ and AGE but after reading what RJ has to offer...my money (or should I say time and years of training as well as loyalty) is going towards RJ.

PS: My interview is after the holidays

Killer, I’m on the indy side (RJFS) of RJ, so I don’t have anything to offer re interviewing, etc. for the RJA side.  Zacko is also w/ RJFS.  Maybeeeeeee, though, is I believe in his first year with RJA, so you might want to PM him.

Thanks guys! I have PM'ed him like you guys said.

Im curious though, how is the RJFS? I was curious about doing something like that later on in my career as a RR. Also, what would you think is better, face to face or cold calling?
