I was wondering if there is any law that protects for unfair treatment at work. It is not because of my race or age just extremely similar situations where I am getting reprimanded and others are not. An example is someone who was hired a couple of weeks before me who doest not have the call volume I have or talk time I have ( I work as a wholesaler where the metrics are weighted) and also has less sales for the year than I do did not get written up and put on a 60 day plan till termination when I did. There are other instances but I do not wish to go into to much until I need to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
