I've got a client who's account has been royally screwed over by the back office. In the past month it's been error after error on the same account and if they could find something else to screw up I'm guessing they will. Client isn't out any money, it's just embarrasing that they could do so much wrong on one account. What type of gift would you give a client like that to help smooth things out a little? It's not a large client but I still hate the idea of any client being disappointed in our service. Any ideas?
