Gross Says We're in Worse Shape Than Greece

grossPeter G. Peterson, the co-founder of BlackStone Group,has been ranting about this problem for years. Alas, mostly his warnings have fallen on deaf ears. Pimco's Bill Gross told CNBC that, all in, we're worse shape than is Greece, whose debt is being downgraded and some say will default. We featured him a few years ago about the problem of the U.S. gub'ment's future promises and we even did a cover story entitled, Promises Will Be Broken. In that article, we discussed how some advisors were calculating their clients' retirement needs based on this great unknown. Your clients have sweet defined benefit plans? Can you count on those?
