Lori Burger
President, Institute of Real Estate Management
Lori Burger, CPM, PCAM, CCAM, CAM, is the 2015 president of the Institute of Real Estate Management, the 79th president since IREM’s founding in 1933. She is also a Senior Vice President and Director of Eugene Burger Management Corporation (EBMC), AMO, headquartered in Rohnert Park, CA, whose portfolio consists of more than 6,500 residential units, 20,000 association homes, and 2 million sq. ft. of commercial retail, office and industrial space.
Burger has managed the full spectrum of residential and commercial property types, and is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of EBMC, a family owned and operated company with 400 employees located in California, Nevada, and other western states. She has led the way in managing “full envelope” reconstruction projects of aging community association communities, orchestrating multi-million dollar renovation projects. As well, she has written and has spoken on a wide range of real estate management and related topics.
