Greg Mollett

Greg Mollett is commercial and class action litigator working out of Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C.’s Chicago, Illinois and St. Louis, Missouri offices.  As an officer of GHG, Mr. Mollett has mediated, arbitrated and tried cases in state and federal court across the country for more than two decades.  Greg has served as outside general counsel for regional and national companies and has counseled and advised business clients on corporate governance, shareholder disputes, franchise issues, real estate issues, environmental transactions, enforcement and response and insurance matters.  In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Mollett also has an M.B.A. and is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter.  Greg has routinely written, spoken and presented on Continuing Legal Education topics for other lawyers and spoken and presented to non-attorney client boards, charities, associations and groups.  The St. Louis Small Business Monthly named Mr. Mollett one of their Best in Business attorneys for 2019.
