hmm I got a preliminary inquiry from us bank in the last two weeks but didn't follow up. Wells Fargo has contacted me as well - bank channel.

2 things on US Bank:

1) I know for a fact an advisor at a major national bank doing about $325k T12 has an offer from US Bank for 20% upfront on a note with a 40% fixed payout for 12 mos. That's it. No other incentives. Offer is for a string of offices with virtually no developed book.

I am showing this same guy 3 firms that'll more than double the upfront + back ends on top of it. US Bank is not competitive whatsover.

2) Anyone at US Bank with T12 $500k+ has MANY good options. US Bank FA movement is keeping me busy and has proven a constant source of solid FAs a few of my clients.  I've seen one bank do up to 70% upfront for some of the higher producers. Add backends and the deals are 135-150% ish  + a vastly superior platform.
