All I can say is amateur everything.

  I think that UBS has an identity crisis. Are we a bank? Are we a brokerage firm? Are we going to follow the U.S. model for brokerages? Are we going to follow the European format? They have no clue and the processes internally (or lack thereof) reflect this.
