Your just pissed cause you tried to throw your production at a newbie, and he kicked your ass…Then another newbie banged your wife. Volt, tell em about that one time…
UPDATE - thanks to MsBroker for the directions on how to email performance charts. To keep this post from getting any farther out of hand Wind just emailed me his chart. Just to be completely honest, he’s not at $30K this month. He’s at $27,371. If he’s eligible, that puts him over the Seg 3 target. Some other stats you might find interesting. Avg AUC per household is $143K. That puts him in the top decile in his segment. Probably puts him in either the first or second decile of all the segments. Just a guess. He’s currently 201% of standard. However he needs to open more accounts. He’s not going to win the golden shovel at this pace.
I have $8,000 in UIT’s posting Oct 16th and Oct 22. Add that to your total…
As far as the accounts. I don't open alot of accounts on purpose. Every account I open is more than $100,000. f*** the golden shovel. I'd rather have 100-200 Accounts with $100,000 average.RD-
The only thing that pisses me off is when newbies like you think you have the biz in hand after one good month. One good month has never made a career. I found 2M today that I didn't know about and grossed 5K. That my fine feathered friend is a decent day in the biz. And yes you have me for the month...for now. Friday, I have two appts that should keep us within spittin distance (investing 2.3M). I get more excited (here is a sales idea for the rookies like you) when I uncover money than when I invest it. My goal has always been to find 1M of new money every day. Some days I do, and some I don't. I just had a grand opening of my new office and had over 120 people show...that was my best day ever in the biz. Almost 50 people came that were prospects that I have been dripping on for almost 2 years. Finding money is the easiest thing to do if you ask the right questions, and getting it over is the toughest. It's time in the business, and I am in my 17th year. That's the testament of success in our industry. RD- My wife is way too hot to take on rookies with sh*t for brains. Anyone who even in jest starts attacking another man's wife, even on these forums, tells me Jones has a long, long way to go before they start hiring on character. On to my next appt. Bye for now...
UPDATE - thanks to MsBroker for the directions on how to email performance charts.
I'm 250% of standard so does that mean your support everything I say? Oh, and I was the #1 producer in my PDP grouping of 5 classes. Oh, and some idiot turned me down for a 25k bond order today and it pissed me off to no end.
(wind's standards are probably higher than mine its worth noting, used to be 500% before I moved up segments)

That will mean something when he is in his fifth year not his first. 201% of a small number is still really small...
You should know better. I won the shovel and threw it away. Accounts don't mean squat. Finding money is a different matter. I would rather have a rep identify a ton of money than open 100 roth IRA accts. Please don't insult the veterans on this forum.

That still doesn't beat my APPOINTMENTS next week. Working an estate of a client who died. Not only keeping the money ($500,000), but bringing in another $80,000 from one kid, $150,000 from another kid, and 1.6 M with another kid. Another $1.4M transfer from another prospect, oh and let's not forget the $300,000 in money dues (With appts set, to invest) . Oh and the Insurance policy that IS coming through, since she passed all her exams. After switching up the policy, that is another $8,000. We don't want to get into the rest, because you'll cry. I don't know alot of things about this business. I am still learning how things work, because i am new. You may know alot more than me about certain things in this biz, but one thing that you can't touch me on is bringing in new money. i'll whoop your ass at finding money and keeping it. Chump.

UPDATE - thanks to MsBroker for the directions on how to email performance charts.
Sure. I don't have a problem with supporting you. We don't have to agree on everything in order for me to give you my support if you were to start being attacked in the forums. I wouldn't even make you send me a copy of your chart.
Exactly how am I insulting the veterans on this forum by commenting that Wind won't win the shovel? My take on the shovel is if you can win it, great. If not, no big deal. I agree that bringing in assets is much more important than opening Roth IRA accounts with $100 DCA. I've made the shovel comment to Wind before, so I know what he thinks about it. I guess I should have used an emoticon to signify that I was poking a little fun at him.
your stupid shovel makes me happy I’m Indy.
who gives a crap…
You do, cause your production sucks.

About as gay as your typing. You’re a child. If not, you’re dumb.
Speaking of gay…Ms. Broker. Will you cheat on Volt with me.
Did someone say gold? Don’t forget jonesies, you can sell those at cashforgold.com!
tounge, windy?
He’s painting, selling stocks, talking about fishing, and landing 45mm clients. Cut him some slack.
No no no, you’re talking about the window that your mother dances in. Last time I checked, she needed some tips bad.
