Now, if the firm would allow the BOA’s to be licensed and do more, then it might be different.

  Then why would they need you? The BOA should do everything that does not require a license to do. If they want a raise I am sure they can get licensed and start producing. One of the women in my KYC class was a BOA and is doing very well now.

Noy much difference....
