I did. Its more expensive, but its worth it if you have any problems as they give you full support, and a 5 year warranty on the equipment. Any issues, you call the RJ help desk.

I was never one to buy extended warranties on anything i buy in the store, but in the case of your office , you can't afford to be down for a day.

One more thing - in case you weren't told, the rj system is now fully compatible with the IPAD. And MAC compatibility, from what i was told , is a few months away. RJ doesn't sell those two machines though, yet.
