Have not heard of any on the age discrimination stuff yet. On the overtime issue, I have NOT seen the flyers this firm has been sending out. I was talking to a friend last week (MER broker in NYC) who got one mailed to his home. He mentioned the name of the firm but I forget it (never heard of them). They're in Reno, NV.
