Can anyone give me any insight on MS’s contact magagement system they have through the firm?

From what I hear it is an Act for FAs. I surrently use ACT and depend on it too much.  I do want to get a blackberry to function with the ACT or whatever software that is. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
