I’m curious about this as well.  And what about Outlook?

I use outlook.  Seems to work well as a day-planner, alarm, and email.

I'm using an excel spreadsheet I developed to manage my pipeline.  It works pretty nice, and I'm way ahead of schedule.  I have a pretty bar chart that I use to measure my AUM, assets in pipeline, etc... versus my goals.  As soon as I know assets don't have a good likelihood of materializing, I move them to my notes out of the pipeline field.

What I like the most is it organizes contacts by the follow up date.

It's nice to be on top of my whole pipeline for once.
