I am curious what new aspiring financial advisors are looking for when getting into the securities industry.  Our firms all guide trainees in different ways but the attrition rates still continue to be very high.  I think with all the changes over the years it has made it harder for new advisors to get started in the industry.  So, aspiring advisors - what are you looking for when getting started in the industry?
