Oh yeah... I forgot to mention, there's another way I would use the 20 point system I mentioned earlier. Once you start making a few sales, and have your averages figured out, you can figure about how much you will make every time you pick up a phone and dial. Say it takes you an average of 100 calls to talk to 20 people, and you sell 1 of them and you make $500 of commision on that sale. That's $5 every time you pick up the phone and dial a number. If I told you that I would pay you $5 a call and you could make as many as you wanted, I bet I would never see you in here again!

I was lucky enough to have a good manager when I first started.
1 in 100
If you are below avg, you should be getting at least 1 in 10. I would
change something, b/c whatever your doing is not working. And in
regards to the EDJ broker who gets referals all day, he probably worked
his ass off for a while before that happend. This is a numbers game,
but there is not enough time in the day or years in your life with a
closing ratio of 1 in 100.
