faca, don't worry about the things you cannot control.  Do what Moraen said and stress the fact that you're working for a very large company with plenty of accolades.  Edward Jones is becoming more popular here and you have plenty of marketing materials to back you up.  Drink the kool-aid, follow the system and you'll be fine.  The Earl Jones issue is the least of your worries if you wanna make a successful career out of this.   As a word of caution, be very careful what information you give out on this forum.  We already know what company you work for, your KYC date, and have a pretty good idea where you live.     Also, use your Roogle and read some posts.  Everyone gets churped on this forum, but the guys who get consistently battered are the defensive, whiney, drama queens who post dictionary quotes to prove their self worth.  Although, I suppose it doesn't help that you're French and can't spell properly.   Mr. Blonde said it right, grow some balls and quit embarrassing us.    I wish you Quebec guys would hurry up and become your own country.
