I say Florida but then again I am a SoCal guy.  Where you want to live is the most important decision you can make because you can do the job anywhere.  I just see Florida has more opportunity just an opinion though.

Maybe Boca has more opportunities, but they have more bugs too!  I mean mosquitos that will carry you away.
