Thats actually almost identical to my 1st two years. Your first year was slightly higher than mine and my 2nd year was slightly higher than yours. Fortunately I didn't have a wife and 2 kids I needed income for immediately!
I left all of the accounts behind for fear Jones would come after me for training costs. I only took my own, my parents, and a friend. Then I churned the hell out of them when I brought them to the bank. Just kidding.
You're leaving out new account and milestone bonuses... seems like you could have made it on that especially with a bit of savings. Ron, how much are you making now at the bank? Was it worth the switch?Ron, were you starving? 34k had to be hard to live on year two.
btw: why are you posting your numbers?
Bullsh*tThose arent terrible numbers for jones… Actually in my old region right now you might be close to top guy…
In my opinion it was worth the switch. Averaging 20k a month and half of all my accounts are C Share / Managed Money. I was doing strictly A shares and bonds at Jones. Much less freedom at the bank, but obviously warm leads.
