Is my compensation package fair?

I am with a franchise firm, and the owner put together a package that I feel is shit!!! I have been working with this team for a little over a year now, I didn't know what was good nor bad considering I was new to the business. My package 45% payout with all expenses and no benefits, oh and I have no equity nor ownership with the clients I bring on. I received my statement for expenses for the last 2 months and noticed it said $9,200 in expenses !!! That's almost 20k in a years time, maybe I'm complaining but this just doesn't seem right to me. FYI I have two offers on the table, Firm 1 will offer 10k in advance which I thought was a bonus, but I have to pay it back if I don't hit the goals as well as a 45% payout and three years of wrap fee funds upfront and ownership of all clients. Firm 2 offers a $2500 monthly salary and 50% payout on all revenue for the first 2 years, after year 2 25% payout on all revenue for the month up to 10k anything above 10k 50% payout. Please give me feedback ASAP Inerd to make a decision
The choice should be determined by the amount of assets you currently manage vs the payout and split of benefits and expenses.
Just a couple of million just graduated college. I have offers from Waddell and Reed as well as Stifel. Which is more respected in the industry ?
