What was your base salary offer? I am getting conflicting answers from my recruiter and a Financial Advisor that has been with Smith Barney for years. One thing I do know is that Morgan Stanley Smith Barney has a huge push to hire new trainees. I guess because of all the drop-outs when the market dropped and citi about collapsed. I heard the regional guys have had jobs threatened if they don’t start hiring some trainees. So to me I would imagine the base salary may be higher than it was years ago or even last year.
