Hi Everyone

I'm considering a career change and Ive had the opportunity to interview with Merrill Lynch for one of there PMD programs. I have a full understanding of them except for the BFA. Can anyone shed some light on how the work like differs from a TFA which is the closest thing? It was recommended by my interviewer that that may be the way to go for me. 

Does anyone have expierence that they can share on the BFA side of things inside a Bank of America location?
