ZwingDing I have followed your posts on here, and they are all really negative on the PMD program.  I am a fellow PMD too BTW.  If you hate it so bad why are you still there?  Nothing is perfect, but ML does a good job of giving you an opportunity.  It is up to you if you want to take hold of it. 

I know I face an uphill climb, and if it was easy everyone would do it.  I am a cold caller, and make the calls, stay late, work Saturdays, etc.  Most of my fellow PMDs roll out at 4:30 and don't come in on Sat.  They don't prospect anyone....they just stare at the screen and rely on family money if that to get by the first few hurdles.  Not me.  We have some father-son, daddy-daughter PMDs on a team that get pulled along.  Good for them.  Again not me.

I just keep making the calls, make the contacts, set the meetings and get business in the door.  I want to be here, and I am lucky to be in a good branch.  So I'm just curious....if you hate it, why do you do it?

I've never stayed in touch much with PMD's who left but I've had a question. For those who were terminated was it done in such a way that they could receive unemployment?

Hi, yes, they were also able to collect unemployment, but most of them were back to work (somewhere) within a few months. Thanks
