Make no mistake.  I don’t think this is the ideal career path for every 22/23 year old.  However, there are some cases when an individual is mature and competent enough to overcome the hurtles of being in production at one of the big 4..

It is very hard to succeed at a tier one firm.  Especially when you are new to the business and your only real contacts are your cronies from undergrad.
