How does the difficulty of getting a job as a trainee compare across the industry? I want to get a position at UBS but I have heard it can be hard to get in. How does this compare to the likes of Edward Jones, Morgan Stanley, ML, and Raymond James? I will be graduation in the spring with close to a 3.9 gpa with corporate finance experience (Internships) but I go to a small local university. Will this hurt my chances significantly with UBS? My entire life I have wanted to be an advisor, but the path to becoming one seems foggy and unclear.
