Freshly passed 6 and 63. I'll be building my F.A. business in combination with a different career path, albeit both sales. I like the fact that Primerica will allow absolute scheduling flexibility, however, not a fan of the recruiting requirement in order to reach desired levels of compensation. Are there any other firms with the scheduling/production flexibility offered at Primerica with a solid comp plan, without the need to recruit in droves? Thanks in advance!
