Soon ill be getting my series 6 , 65 and life insurance. how ever i did get told by a Financial advisor whos been in the bussiness 30+ years to not do FA and do R/ E.

I'm stumied to be honest.

like why should i do r/e the market right now is a sellers and it cant be this good for long can it?
