Borker, are you related to anyone at Jones?  I find this to be another example of Jones blurring it's policy on things.  We were always told that to move offices, you had to have a replacement. Not one in training, but one ready to walk in the day after you walk out.  Looks like this guy was able to move to another Jones office, take $8M in assets, AND leave the office empty for months! Maybe he is the one related to a GP!
