Hi all

I am a U.S. Citizen and currently live in New Jersey but will be moving to the UK for 2-3 years next year. 

I am also planning to incorporate an LLC and then apply for the RIA. I will manage a few clients money and continue while in the UK. Clients have no problem with me moving to UK  

Is that possible to be an RIA sitting in UK and managing US client money according to RIA rules? 

Also is there a preferred state to incorporate the LLC ? Delaware?
