Hey guys, give me a pass on this one. I don't ever do this but I need some help.

I have an RIA practice looking for advisors in Chicagoland with TTM (t12) between $100k-$400k.

You'd think this one would be an easy sell, but I'm running into tons of roadblocks. If anyone could give me a leg up I would appreciate it. Wether it be personal interest, forwarding this onto a colleague or confidential referrals, I'm all ears.
