[/quote]   So let me get this straight.  You have been in the business less than 3 years.  You are struggling to meet expectations.  You as recently as a couple months ago considered going to a bank to be a "sorta" broker.  Is this correct?  You feel this qualifies you to give advice to another broker (or clients for that matter)?  You concentrate on meeting your minimums, let me worry about when to get more conservative and when to be more aggressive.  As much as you want to call it market timing, it is not.  You keep telling your prospects that to enjoy all the upside, you have to withstand the downside and "this too shall pass".  I will just make my clients money.
