Takingnames- What did you use to disqualify the DNC numbers out of that 300,000?

Didn't. All I do is query for numbers that are not DNC in a specific radius within which I work.  DNC is transient and numbers are added and taken off all the time - so DNC is also a moving target.

The names gave me vital info. Incomes, home values, investors or not. When I call and am in a particular community - even when you dial a number that is DNC, the Gryphon system will tell you.  Armed with THAT information, you know you can't call them - but that doesn't mean you can't ask for a referral to them, send them an nvite to a seminar etc.

Look at cold calling with the DNC as a hurdle that works more like a decision tree. If you can't call them - find another (and usually more expensive) method to get to them. Network to them, ask for referrals to them from clients in their neighborhood, join their country club, mail them.

Now  tactically speaking you would THINK that calling the highest income and highest value homes would yield the best traction, but it's not. The middle income, middle value households are where you capture the best attention.
