So there was a crash that took out two telephone poles(and our phone service). The phone company said maybe by this afternoon the service will be back up. So since I have some time to kill, thought I would go to library and starting looking at all the reference material Bill Good has mentioned.

  Anyone have anything that worked especially well when building a list from reference material at the library?
