Bobby, do you have any sort of real life? What the hell is the point? I guess if this sh*t makes you happy, then go for it, but I dont get it, and I dont think most people here do. Whatever

Best sales tip - listen more, talk less. Remember you are in sales, but also remember that when you're selling dreams, you need to sell yourself first, before you can sell the product.

Best sales tip - talk a lot, no need to listen much. Don't worry about their dreams, it's all about the here and now. No need to tell them about yourself, sell the product and get out.
Seriously though, pick up a book and read it. You don't even have to buy it. Go to the bookstore, buy a coffee, and read bits and pieces of different books and take notes. There is a whole section on sales and marketing. This is common sense 101.
Try these two books
"Winning with People" by: John Maxwell
"Cold Calling Techniques" by: Stephen Schiffman
The key is to ask questions, questions, questions & listen listen listen.
Take notes
Ask them why certain things are important to them...
Ask them what they love to do....
If they see you are GEnuinely interested....they are easier to close.
