Appointment Setting Firm

If you were to retain a firm to set up appointments with investors who had 500k investable and the money was truly in motion, how much you you be willing to pay for that introduction? The firm has all the leads and is headed up by a former advisor with 20+ years experience and is actually making the calls himself. I was introduced to his firm from a colleague of mine who has been very successful with him and all the meetings met the criteria above 100% of the time...although the close rate is certainly up to the advisor/me. They charge at levels up to 500k, 1 - 5mm etc.. I know the quoted number and was curious to see what folks thought the value would be. I'm going to meet with them next week and have spoken on the phone with the ceo once already.

I find if very hard to believe that every lead is as advertised. If it is too good to be true it usually is.
I’d pay 50% of my commissions. If the firm would rather have me pay $100 a lead, then I know that the leads are BS.
I would ask the guy, You expect me to believe you’ve been a successful FA for 20 years and you quit to cold call and sell your appointments for a few bucks?
For Appointment Setting there are many companies which are providing good services. They all have their own terms for apoointments ssestting s. I have experience with one good company name Intelemark wihich providing best facilites which are very beneficial to my business. They have their own rules and terms. They are taking mone on appointments. They believe in quality work not in quantiy. They are corusponding relevant and realistic clients.
The firm offering very good and promising services. I must say, in the market, there are lots of firms increased which are offering better appointment setting and lead generation services.
If he's a licensed FA himself why isn't he just taking the business himself as opposed to selling it to you ?
