I would agree, we all want to get in front of folks. Try it out a couple of times and if it's not the right fit move on. If on the other hand you are buddying up to some folks maybe you should stick around.

These clubs are just using you to do all the work associated with founding the club. Go get some real prospects!

The investment clubs I work with, I am their broker.  I can explain away fees.  Here is my line:

Fees are only an issue in the absence of returns.  Is your online broker going to give you good advice and be there calling you when something starts to tank?
