Anyone using any Oil/Gas Partnerships that they are willing to share? Would like to get some more details on these.

Hey horse, how do you like the Oil and Gas , compared to the private reits?

i use them both. oil and gas for those rare (and i mean rare as i do not focus on this asset class) instances where a client has a large tax burden.

for "simple" allocation i use the reits.
