Posted: 04 Feb. 2010 at 7:10pm Hey all - I've read the forums and am aware of all the bad parts of Edward Jones, but I still think it's the right path for me.
I've got my phone screening this Wednesday, and one of the FA's I've met with said that this is the segment of the interview process with the highest washout rate.
What should I expect? My recruiter told me they will be going over my application and the rights and responsibilities of an FA - do they ask the behavioral type questions here, too,... Topic: Edward Jones Phone Screen and Interview

Posted: 01 Feb. 2010 at 8:14pm Hi - I'm a Navy veteran from 1983. I went through my first phone interview last week and the second is tomorrow. During the first phone interview, it's pretty basic. They're going to do most of the talking. You can research the company on the Internet and ask many questions. The second is the behavioral interview. They're looking for somebody that can think and make decision's with independence - a leader with an "A" type personality.
