Monday:5:30am - run 1 mile (work up to a 5 minute mile)
7:00pm - MMA for 2 hours
So your saying you lay in the missionary position with another man for two hours a week?

There is a difference between the professionals shedding the "blood, guts, and glory" and you lying on another man!
Instead of working out I prefer to work on my diet of babies, kittens and puppies.
Yeah, you seem to know it so well. Tell us from your experience, what's the difference?

Tell us from your experience, what's the difference?
The difference between a dry hump and penetration. The first time you get punched in the face and realize he’s serious about it and continues charging at you is very enlightening. Your preditory, survival, cave-man instincts kick in; makes you feel like a man. Either he knocks you out or you reverse the tables and do the same to him. MMA is sweet. Don’t watch it, hit the gym and give it a shot. After you’ve garnered some experience, you find yourself watching matches under a different perspective; you can start predicting what they’ll do or what they need to do.

A few of my friends tried to get me into this crap and I have made a legit attempt this entire year, but dudes leg locking each other sack to sack just isn't my thing.
Yeah. Competing in MMA events for a living is one thing but 2 hours a week is more of an insult to the profession.
He should have said he trains to a Billy Blanks video 2 hours a week.I’ve never understood the attraction to MMA.
It’s a little strange that you would subject yourself to getting beaten over and over. Dumb. And sack rubbing is a little much.
A little off topic, but absolutely true. I remember reading the newspaper a few years back and there was an article by Susie Orman. She was talking about ways for young people to save money. One of her suggestions: don’t bother with a gym membership while you’re young, you’re healthy anyway and don’t need the extra cost. I about fell out of my chair, can her advice get any worse. She didn’t say work out at home, she said don’t worry about working out.

I was thinking of him when the market was down 100pts the other day. It had to be killing him
Not only killing him, but he might have made $2 or $3.
