How is it that the NASD is letting so many firms cold call the UK under an exemption (section 56 of FSA rules).    It is flate out illegal in the cold call the UK without being an FSA member.   The new MIDIF rules in the UK blow the “loop hole apart”   What firms in NY  have FSA Memberships that are good to work for?
