Does anyone know the status

I received a form last Aug/Sept to accept or decline to be added into the Smith Barney overtime lawsuit for the periods of time I worked there. They were to pay a set monthly dollar amt for each state a rep was employed in. It was suppose to go to court in Jan 08 and payment thereafter. I still have not received the amt(check) for it. Has anyone heard what the status is on this.
There was a hearing on March 13th, where final agreement was reached, and approved by the court. They have a 30 day waiting period (in case any appeal is filed, which it wont be0 then they start preparing for distribution of the money. I would expect to see a check in May some time.
Here is a website you can go to for updates: http://www.brokerovertime.com/pendingclassactions.asp Scroll down and click on Citigroup Global MarketsCitigroup (Smith Barney) (5-21-08) Nationwide
On March 13, 2008, the court gave final approval to this nationwide settlement. Settlement checks should be mailed by the end of June.
Can't wait to get my check from those bastards! You have done a good question, it’s really interesting. If you get any good reply, so please let me know. So I’ll also get some good idea.
Thanks for your future help.

One of these days, I’m gonna do a good question.
Moneyman13 - Curious to know where the amount you received fell in the range from the claim form. Don’t need actual $'s, but was it toward the lower or upper end of the range? Thanks!
