I recently move from an independent firm to a major wirehouse, shortly thereafter was terminated. i have been in the business for over 10 years and have no complaints or disputes.  In the process of moving I help a few clients do trades at my old firm.  I did not profit from the trades and did not reallize what i was doing at the time.  My new firm asked me about the situation and I told them the truth.  They gave me a letter and put me under increase supervision.  2 months later, after moving all my clients over to the firm they terminated me for the same thing they previously gave me a reprimand over.  I am obviously in a tough spot trying to find a firm that would even consider me.  I would prefer to move to the RIA space or possibly back to the independent BD side.  Does any one know of a RIA or BD that would consider someone in this position or offer any suggestions.
