Just leave, they don’t give a hoot about you anyway, once you tell them they change the locks and your BOA doesn’t know you anymore. AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR PAPERWORK IN ORDER BECAUSE THEY WILL PROBABLY SUE YOU.

Yeah they want to recover some of that 100k worth of training. You know ..how to sell A shares and 30 year munis
I took everything with me. If you are planning on taking your BOA (I did) have her give her two week notice on the day after you leave. That way Jones has to pay her for two weeks. They will let her go in good standing the day she gives notice. If you are in a bonus bracket, you can even write up a little contract that says you will give your BOA 50% of the Bonus or whatever amount you want to. It was so cathartic to take everything (even the paperclips).

Were you escorted out by FSD??
Hey good times, you can give me a call and I’ll be happy to branch to branch any accounts you don’t want.
I wasn’t escorted out by FSD, but I was locked out by the RL. Nice touch after 3 years on the leadership team. So much for decorum, dignity and all that
