Good VA wholesalers in my area are doing over $500K. MF wholesalers are less (but still in the $400K range).  Mind you, these are the generally the best ones at a firm but even the awful ones seem to make over $100K. They just lose their jobs quickly.  Yeah, it’s a good racket to get into.
