Dirk-

I am suprised that you are not starring in your own musical version of brokeback mountain. Afterall, you have made so much money with EIA's, even YOUR mother should be proud.

These forums are useless, and as Zacko once said, it's time to take a really long break.

Yes I think you should take a really long break too.  You must be totally exhausted after making 2 posts!

Take all the time you need, we'll get by without you.....

Independent of you two verbally patting each other on the back, do you have anything of value to add to my post?

As I suspected, you would jump all over the real estate thing, but that's really not the topic at hand.

OK then you wanted 'added value' here it is......

You're definitely a strong candidate for the remedial program in business sense if you think your pamphlet is going to get you anything of value.  The value of the entire book is roughly worth what a seasoned adviser can bring in on his own in 3-6 months if he/she is on a roll.  So why would they reach in to their pocket to buy your 'book'.

If your production stinks than those relationships must not be especially strong or productive, so why do you expect someone else to buy them?

You stated that you work at a major wirehouse.  Not sure why nobody else has mentioned this, but the book isn't yours to sell at a wirehouse.  You are their employee(especially if you are still under a training contract) and the clients are legally theirs.

Look no malice intended.  I hope your real estate works well for you.  Good luck.
