LPL Financial has brought on David Reich as its new executive vice president of retirement platform development,; he leaves Ameriprise Financial. Becky Shulman has also joined the firm as managing director and deputy chief financial officer. Previously, she served as chief financial officer at H&R Block.

Robert Jenkins has been appointed president of the Financial Research Corporation, an asset management research and consulting firm. Jenkins previously held positions at Fidelity Management & Research and Fidelity Investments.

LPL Financial has brought on David Reich as its new executive vice president of retirement platform development,; he leaves Ameriprise Financial. Becky Shulman has also joined the firm as managing director and deputy chief financial officer. Previously, she served as chief financial officer at H&R Block.

Raymond James opened a new office in Greensboro, N.C., adding financial advisors Bill Krebs and Charles Betts. Krebs and Betts join Raymond James from Merrill Lynch, where their annual production was $1.1 million and assets under management were $195 million. They'll form the new Piedmont Wealth Advisors.

Asset management firm Affiliated Managers Group has hired John Copeland III as president of AMG Wealth Partners, a newly formed subsidiary that will focus on investments in boutique wealth management firms. Most recently, Copeland was a senior partner for one of Morgan Stanley's private wealth management teams.
